This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs the subscription plans and payment terms for users of Outplore (“Platform”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Outplore offers multiple subscription tiers, each providing different benefits. Details on pricing, features, and plan options are available on our website.
Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
Taxes and additional fees may apply depending on your location.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (every 30 days) unless canceled.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and auto-renew unless canceled.
Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension.
Outplore reserves the right to terminate subscriptions due to policy violations.
No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to misuse, spam, abusive solicitation, or non-compliance with our Terms of Use.
Outplore may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may cancel your annual subscription anytime through your Outplore account settings.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, including for mid-cycle cancellations.
When a user purchases a monthly or annual subscription, they will see a recurring payment toggle option on their account settings.
Toggle ON: The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
Toggle OFF: The subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied after the current period ends.
Only annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You request a refund within 5 days of the initial annual subscription purchase or renewal.
Your account has not been heavily utilized (e.g., excessive interactions, profile views, or customer engagements).
If Refund is Approved:
Your annual subscription will be canceled immediately on the same day.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued if:
You subscribed to a monthly subscription as this plan is not eligible for refunds.
The request is made after 5 days of annual purchase/renewal.
The subscription has been actively used (e.g., customer interactions, leads, bookings).
The cancellation is due to user preference after the refund period.
The user has violated Outplore’s Terms of Service.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
There will be a recurring on and off button when someone buy monthly or annual subscription. This will pop up, it will not charge again.
