Welcome to Outplore. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Outplore platform (the “Platform”), which connects relocating individuals with service providers such as real estate agents, moving companies, and other professionals.

1. Eligibility

Outplore is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
  • You are at least 18 years of age;

  • You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;

  • You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law;

  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

To access many features of Outplore, users must create an account. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;

  • Maintain and promptly update your profile information;

  • Safeguard your password and restrict access to your account;

  • Be responsible for any activity that occurs under your account;

  • Notify Outplore immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

Outplore reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that appears to be inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Outplore lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with our Community Guidelines. Specifically, you agree not to:
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purposes;

  • Post or share content that is defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Solicit or harass other users;

  • Circumvent or manipulate our platform systems;

  • Introduce viruses, bots, or harmful code.

Outplore reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Nature of the Platform

Outplore is a community-driven platform connecting relocating individuals with service providers. Outplore does not provide relocation services directly, nor does it participate in or guarantee transactions between users.
You acknowledge that:
  • Outplore is not a party to any service agreement between users;

  • Outplore does not guarantee service quality, outcomes, or provider availability;

  • All services and transactions are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Outplore does not facilitate payments between customers and service providers. Any such financial transactions are made independently and outside of the Platform.
Outplore offers optional paid subscriptions for service providers. Subscription features and terms are detailed in our Subscription Policy.
Key points to include:
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance;

  • Refunds are limited and governed by our Subscription & Refund Policy;

  • We do not guarantee a specific number of quote requests or leads per subscription tier.

6. Outplore’s Liability Payment Transactions Between Customers and Service Providers

Outplore is a community platform that does NOT process or facilitate payments between customers and service providers. Any financial transactions, agreements or exchanges made are conducted at your own discretion and risk.
Outplore cannot investigate, enforce, refund, or protect users in the event of fraud, disputes, or loss resulting from off-platform interactions.
Do Not Share Sensitive Information.
For your safety:
  • Do not share credit card details, bank information, or personal identification via Outplore messaging;

  • Use professional communication at all times;

  • Report suspicious behavior to support@outplore.com.

7. Service Provider and Customer Conduct

Both customers and providers are expected to act in good faith. Misrepresentation, dishonesty, harassment, or fraudulent behavior may result in suspension or termination of access.
Verifying Service Providers
Before engaging with any provider:
  • Review profiles, ratings, and reviews;

  • Verify license and insurance if applicable;

  • Check engagement in groups and community forums;

  • Use secure, traceable payment channels.

Outplore is not liable for services rendered, agreements breached, or losses incurred through third-party actions.

8. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you post (e.g., listings, reviews, profile info). However, by uploading content to Outplore, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Platform.
You must not upload content that:
  • Violates intellectual property or publicity rights;

  • Is defamatory, hateful, or threatening;

  • Contains spam, malware, or illegal content.

9. Community Groups and Forums

Outplore allows users to create or join groups and discussions. By participating, you agree to:
  • Maintain respectful and relevant discussion;

  • Avoid promotion of unrelated or external services;

  • Follow group-specific rules and community standards.

Group creators act as moderators and are expected to uphold community integrity. Outplore may remove groups or posts at its discretion.

10. Termination and Account Suspension

Outplore reserves the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without cause;

  • Remove content that violates these Terms;

  • Investigate misuse or abuse of the Platform.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any stored data. Termination does not limit Outplore’s rights to seek remedies or enforce compliance.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, security, or error-free operation.

  • We are not responsible for delays, outages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party integrations or services.

  • User interactions are not monitored; use discretion and common sense when engaging with others.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outplore and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
  • The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, security, or error-free operation.

  • We are not responsible for delays, outages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party integrations or services.

  • User interactions are not monitored; use discretion and common sense when engaging with others.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to Outplore in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Outplore and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
  • Your use of the Platform;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your interaction or transaction with other users.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. When changes occur:
  • We will post the updated Terms on our website;

  • Material changes may be notified via email or dashboard alert;

  • Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
