Community Group Guidelines

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Global Relocation Community. By using this Platform and creating a group, you (“Group Creator”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). These Group Terms govern your use of the Platform, your creation and management of groups, and your interactions with other users and services.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create a group or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Any registered user on Outplore whether an Individual, Family, Service Provider, Contributor, or Company Account is eligible to create a group. To do so, you must:

  • Be a verified user of the Platform.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information in your profile.

3. Group Creation and Management

By creating a group, you agree to the following:

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it in relation to community operations.

  • Group Purpose: Your group must align with the Platform’s mission of supporting global relocation through collaboration, services, and discussion. Groups unrelated to this purpose (e.g., for political or irrelevant commercial activities) may be removed.

  • Group Rules: You may define your own group rules, but they must remain consistent with the Platform’s Community Guidelines.

  • Moderation: You are responsible for managing your group’s discussions, ensuring respectful interaction, and reporting guideline violations.

4. Group Creator Responsibilities

As a group creator, you agree to:

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive space.

  • Promote content that is relevant to relocation, moving services, expat life, or community support.

  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and report rule violations, spam, or abuse.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Group Spamming: Creating multiple similar or irrelevant groups, or using the group feature to artificially increase visibility or engagement.

  • Misleading Content: Posting fraudulent, deceptive, or unverified claims.

  • Unrelated Commercial Promotion: Using groups for excessive marketing or sales unrelated to relocation.

  • Harmful Conduct: Encouraging or allowing harassment, hate speech, illegal behavior, or misinformation.

  • Unauthorized Mass Messaging: Sending unsolicited messages or promotional content to group members.

6. Suspension or Termination

The Platform may suspend or remove your group and/or account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Use or the Community Guidelines.

  • Engage in repeated or serious misuse of the group creation feature.

  • Ignore administrative feedback or fail to address content concerns.

  • Breach applicable laws or misuse user data.

Suspended users may be restricted from creating future groups.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that group content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights. By posting content, you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

By creating and managing a group, you acknowledge that the Platform may collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy. Data may be used for moderation, analytics, or service improvements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Platform against any claims or damages resulting from your group content, member interactions, or violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not liable for damages related to group use, including content loss, user behavior, or technical failures.

11. Changes to Terms

The Platform may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the group feature after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
